Whoa! You're like, here! Sweet! XD

My nickname is Yuki-chan, and I'm pleased to meet you! (or, whatever...) I'm fourteen years old, my birthday is on a national holiday (well, technically, though I suppose it's really in recognition of a catastrophe...), September eleventh! It bothered me when I was younger, I suppose, but now it's just fun watching people's reactions when they find out. Most of them are exactly the same [I blame public school for this.] Eyes widen. Eyebrows disappear into hair. Mouth drops open, hangs there, shuts. Opens again. "Seriously?" Sees me nod [does not see me rolling my eyes so hard on the inside that they fall out and roll across the floor]. Smiles comfortingly. Says "Don't worry, it's not your fault." [nope, sorry, it's all my fault, you see, I was a sadistic little eight-year-old, and smart enough to engineer the whole operation from my back yard...] or "I'm sorry..." [for what? not being able to read minds?]

Erm, sorry, I feel netter now. Well, as you can probably guess, I'm completely addicted to manga. What you probably didn't guess is my addiction to reading in general. I have to be reading. Constantly.

Books, manga, cereal boxes, road signs, restaurant menus, instruction booklets [I'm one of those dorks who reads it before I do something stupid and delete my game], ingredient lists...you get the picture. If I can't read, I get jumpy. Well, moreso than usual.

I'm also terrified of people I'm not well-acquainted with. I'm polite, but don't spoke unless spoken to, don't offer information to unasked questions, and have been told that while walking through crouds, I where the stereotypical deer-in-headlights visage.

Wooo...I'll finish typing this later. C'ya! [well, not literally, but...]
